I’ve been on and off here lately. Just completed an office move. Took a few weeks to pack everything, I mean I packed the entire place.. and I’ve been having some painful nights. So a lot of physical activity on top of my solo water HIIT cardio routine I do 4x a week. Still need to eat more veg. Still too much sugar, not enough water. Next week will be unpacking and putting it away at the new space. I was offered a FT position and very thrilled with it. Instead of just a PT temp job ending this month, a new job awaits with the same company. New job, new office, new desk, new pay, finally benefits!
