I'm especially happy with the fact that a tremendous stiffness and, like ,crawling feelings in my neck that I felt even during the day and almost most of my RL symtoms are gone. Only minute vestiges that don't even bother still remain. But this is the second day without exercising. I stopped exercising because I was kind of scared that it might be contributing to this and I really wanted to try several things at the same time to try to make it stop. So I'm very very happy it did and now I'm going to start exercising again lol. Hopefully it won't come back :) I was this close to giving up on my sugar ban because of this lol.
