Most of the Spar branches sell that range you can find bread,hamburger buns,bagels and wraps etc. For interest sake you can also go on the We love low carb website to check it out.They deliver all over South Africa.  

I will have to check at spar - on the website they are closed for the fest ve season

I saw the bread and the whole range today at Plattekloof Spar. R50 a bread was a bit much for me though. Sad that just because it's healthy, you need to pay an arm and a leg for it. Luckily I don't like bread. 😉 

Selected Spar stock the We ❤️ Low Carb. However, some of their products contain oats.

@Kaapsekind true I just can’t understand why are the healthier options sooooo expensive 🤦‍♀️. I mean even chips you pay like R10 extra for healthier options lol I just don’t get it 🙇‍♀️😂
