I really need to add some of the food I eat into this, because I have a feeling they won't be in here already if that makes sense.

For dinner I had 2 chicken patties, 2 slices of bacon and a helping of mushroom & bacon mix. Its basically chopped up bacon, chopped up mushroom with milk and some flavoured powder added. Yeah not exactly low carb *sigh*

Don't beat yourself up.... at least you see your weak points and you can change them!!! Have you tried using heavy cream or soy slender (milk)??? There are ways of making your favorites by just finding something low carb to use in place of higher carbs things. Don't give up and don't feel like you can't have the things you love... there is almost always a way to get what you want as long as you compromise!!! ;)

I agree with lorik. It is really easy to find almost any substitute for things you like. The mushroom and bacon mix would probably have been even better with cream instead of milk!! I never use the diet calendar on here because it doesn't have everything I eat on it. I just read labels and keep track myself. I write it in my regular journal to keep track. Make the adjustments to suit you!!

Thanks guys. Yeah I'm beginning to notice that the diet calender on here doesn't have the exact foods and I'm assuming there's no way to customise it like you can with fitday? I'm not beating myself up too badly. As long as I keep trying, it's heading in the right direction.
