1.8 ketones Last afternoon family brought Arby's beef sandwich, hash browns triangle and Joe's Italian ice with soft vanilla ice cream for New Year's Eve celebration. Also pea soup and I bought orange chicken, Shanghai beef and kung pao chicken with fried rice and choy mein for lunch. Ate a little of the Chinese food and froze the rest. Today I slept til 11:38a.m. after wishing family Happy New Year at midnight. Scale shows what I ate yesterday. Lots of carbs. I just made natural sweet and spicy tea. I plan to rest and watch TV today. Yesterday I finally finished my current book. I like to go to the park and read part of the day to get out of the house. Happy New Year everyone 🎉❤️
