Had a great day yesterday, nice workout at the gym, spent some quality time with Momma and was able to eat perfect. Its starting to not even feel like I'm on a "diet" I increased my carbs a little yesterday and intend to eat very little carbs today. Hope to be able to hit up the gym around lunch time today.
