After posting this morning's breakfast, I realized one of my weaknesses. It's like someone hit me in the face with a cold wet towel. Biscuits and gravy for breakfast are blowing my calorie count. One biscuit w/gravy came in at over 500 kcal. So I guess that's something that gets eliminated from my diet. Guess that also means that for the rest of today my diet will consist of mostly water. hehehehehehe......
