Day 3 of calorie tracking is going well, in addition to my Weight Watchers PointsPlus tracking, which is so ingrained in my psyche I can't imagine not doing it! Really evaluating my sodium content and working to decrease it wherever I can. Today I bought 3 pounds of Tyson Boneless Chicken Breasts and baked them with pepper and other spices, then took my food scale and measured out 4 oz portions in baggies for meals and snacks this week. Had one serving with some light mayo and dill seasoning, it was delicious - and that was two points for the chicken and one point for the mayo. Add an apple, a 100% whole wheat sandwich thin roll, and some cream cheese with Greek yogurt, and my dinner was delish! Working on getting more WW Power foods in my diet too. Friday morning will be the big day for my weigh-in and meeting, and hoping for a small decrease. Onward and downward...... ;)
