Well I’m back after a long break from food tracking and high intensity exercise. I’m slowly getting back into my healthier routine from the spring and summer time. For anyone who struggles to be motivated to go for more walks, my favourite thing is to listen to podcasts as I go for my walks! It keeps me entertained the entire time! I highly recommend for anyone who doesn’t enjoy a quiet walk by themselves. I like to switch back and forth.
