I did not do a very good job of clean eating this week. I had white bread, pasta and turkey italian sausage during the course of the week.

But on the up side, I did not have any "obvious" sugar. I know the carbs in the bread will become sugar, but I did not have any candy, cookies or cake which have been my biggest downfalls over the last few weeks.

Tomorrow I will go at it again and make a clean start on my clean eating journey...
