today I started my own personal challenge. I am doing the 30 Plank challenge along with the Squats challenge & Wall Sits challenge.
I completed today's exercises, which were: Plank: 20 sec Wall Sit: 10 sec Squats: 30 squats.

I actually took two whole days off, the first I haven't done any exercising since the 3rd of Jan. Will see just how it affected me on Monday. I do either 20 minutes of the pre-set program on the treadmill; 50 windmills; 50 jumping jacks, 2-30 sec planks; 100 Tricep dips and a 10 minute Tiffany Rothe cardio. I try to increase this by 1 workout each week, just so I'm changing it up. Keep up the good work!
