Down 1.5 from yesterday. Was careful about intake. Tried spaghetti squash instead of pasta. Also skipped the garlic bread and allowed myself sunflower seeds on my salad instead. Tasty little things even if I do say so myself.
100,0 kg Indtil videre tabt: 3,9 kg.    Stadig tilbage: 18,4 kg.    Kost fulgt: Rimeligt godt.

Good for you. Spaghetti squash is good...not the same but still good. Keep trying new things. I find the more good substitutions I can find the better. good job skipping the garlic bread. That would have been calling to me for sure. Good health to you. J
