@ringzero787 explain why this is bad. I’m confused. Nothing in here is bad there’s carrots, cucumbers, avocado, some brown rice, a sardine wrapped in seaweed. Seaweed is a good source of iron and protective antioxidants, sardines are a good source of calcium and omega 3, and a 1/4 cup of brown rice is definitely a lot better then eating a piece of bread. All in all this is a much better option in comparison to a sandwich for lunch or a salad drenched in ranch and croutons....

This looks yummy and healthy! I think a lot of people forget there are other ways to lose weight besides doing low carb/keto.
