Maintaining....I did the Bod Pod yesterday and in order for me to lose weight with the amount of exercise that I do I have to eat 1345 per day! With no exercise, I need to eat 1005 calories per day.
72,5 kg Indtil videre tabt: 2,4 kg.    Stadig tilbage: 6,7 kg.    Kost fulgt: Rimeligt godt.
