I see my nutritionist tomorrow. My last visit 12/15 weight with clothes on was 191.5 I think.. I was hoping to lose 10lbs per month. I will be happy if it’s 10. Hopefully I will weigh in at 181.5 tomorrow... I know it will be close. The slower it comes off, the better I am going to be in the long run for management. Hugs to all you strugglers. This is not an easy road, we will persevere!!
Overall, I do feel much better, breathe easier, less skin rubbing and my complexion is amazing. Hydration really helps!! Plus moisturizer. Self care peeps, self care!!! Love yourself enough to treat yourself with care.
