Hi Hayleigh00... I eat between 1000 to 1300 calories a day and my net calories is between -800 and -1200 a day(this includes the exercises that I do)I do Tae Bo at home for 40 to 45 min(this really works)....I don't follow any planned diet, I only do portion control... I only drink water and 3 to 4 cups of green tea every day, I don't use any oil/butter in my food not even a little bit, I only eat white meat and extra lean red meat...Between the first pic I took and the second one I had a break of 3 weeks, where I didn't do any of the above and I didn't pick up any weight, I was really shocked because I struggle with PCOS(hormone imbalance) so I pick up weight very quickly🌸

chantalober9 well done this does take a lot of effort , thank you for sharing I am going to give this a try because I am currently on keto and fasting but it seems to take forever to show any result . I too struggle with my weight as I am gluten and wheat intolerant and sensitive to dairy and I bloat really easy .. thank you again I hope you reach your goal fast and stay fit and healthy xx🌻
