came back down today.yay! if i would just stay on target instead of doing good here and there and when i feel like it i would have already been to goal! silly me! i know what i have to do to get there,it's doing it that's slowing me down.imagine that. oh well,i have not given up so i am on my way to being healthy and fit!!!!!

I know what you mean! I have similar frustrations. When I focus and do what I am supposed to do I have great results. Just wish I could do it ALL the time. :(
