dont eat less, the secret is to exercise more. if u eat less(below ur needs) it will make you skin harsh and body weak. eat as much u were eating, just increase ur exercise 👍🏻💪

Well on exercise part.. I'm doing chloe ting challenge.. I finished 2 week shred challenge.. Now started 28 days flat tummy challenge 😅😅

@agamisgood Unfortunately not even the best athletes can beat bad food. Best suggestion woyld be Eat smart. You can have energy deficit diet without eating less as to so that you can get all micros and macros (except carbs) in balanced mode.

Eat food high in protien ,complex carbohydrates and small amount of unsaturated fat food..you will definitely loss weight..drink green tea empty stomach in morning...eat less at night coz you don't need much calories at night...

stuck in weight?? Forget everything....tk your diet...and do cardio for at least 15 minutes in empty stomach...just after 6 or 7 hrs of sleep...soon you will see the results....FASTED CARDIO IS JUST AWESOME...#pahele istemaal kare phir biswas kare😂

Try to do CARDIO in fasted state.(without soaked chana)...do as much as your body can do...

I do 20:4 IF diet..along with fasted cardio....if i can anyone can do it too....me too faced lots of pain initially but after some days i got used to it
