Lost 1/4 pound and cycled to work as only exercise. I was offered six weeks of teaching work at this one school. I already know it is going to be so much more difficult to fit exercise in and keep the diet up. When I teach full time I am usually living on chocolate to keep going!

live on fruit instead of chocolate. I find that with a busy schedule it is easier to eat healthy because I am busy!

sometimes work alone can be an excercise routine..perhaps you can do something active with them? anyways, i am still tired from TWO days ago of excercising..and i'm still losing weight! keep smashing!
