I had a serious case of experimenting with taking liberties with many food choices and portion sizes. Needless to say I gaines 5 lbs. over the course of a week. Now I know that I can't go that far off the path and arrive at my destination. Today is a fresh start. So far water, check, measured portions, check, exercise, check. Now a little more treadmill time and a healthy dinner. I am back on track. Yeah! Have a great new week everyone.
