I reached my first goal today! I finally stepped on a scale and saw a reading that didn't start with a 20x or a 19x. I weighed in this morning at 189! The lowest I've weighed in the past decade!
I'd like to reach my ultimate goal by my summer vacation, but at this rate, I just might reach my ultimate goal before my planned trip to see family in April!
Eleven pounds in eleven days! I think it's pretty amazing what can happen when you stop going to fast food restaurants on a daily basis. LOL
PS. On a side note, I didn't eat any veggies today. I know. My bad, but quite frankly, I didn't want another salad, and I didn't really feel hungry.... All day today, it's been like that. I'm more of a morning person, so out of habit I had the typical scrambled eggs and a couple of small sausage patties for breakfast (no toast), but that filled me up! I totally missed lunch and didn't even think of food again until after 6PM. So I nibbled at half a can of tuna while I made me a grilled cheese on low carb, low fat bread for dinner. (Just one sandwich, too! You just don't know how rare that is for me.) And I had to make myself go into the kitchen to make that. I almost skipped dinner altogether, but I know I'm not supposed to do that. On my calendar, I put the tuna down as my lunch, because I don't think it really matters where I list it. But still, to go a whole day without thinking of food. Hmm...what an odd thing to have happen. LOL
