rice is not bad. if we just eat it in moderation. In the end of the day be in caloric deficit . you'll loose weight definetely.

😁 It all depends on the amount of calories you taje per day. Even Rice is a good source of energy so we shouldn't avoid it to the full. I did that mistake but had to include rice in my diet for energy.
