this week was ok. I need to step up something but do not know what I just walk 5.5miles or 8.88 km I left at 9:15 and cameback at 10:45. I am not sure if this is a good time or not. plowing through. it is -13 for the feel of the air today but all of the sidewalks were dried. spring is coming!!
