Been awake since 0200. What is it that sleep doesn't like about me? It's so darned frustrating! I can see it now-- I'll want to be noshing on all kinds of bad, horrible carbs just to keep going. It always works out like that when I don't sleep... ~grrrr~
I got a headstart on the day, about 0400 I got up, ate a banana, peanut butter and two cups of skim milk... While not unhealthy, not a great start to the day...
Wow! Really busted my tail at Kim's house. My tummy is growling, but I'll feed it after my workout at the gym. What a productive day! Thanks, Kim! I needed that!
So not happy right now. Hubby made me lay down for a nap because I was getting such a headache. Wouldn't let me workout. I love how he takes care of me, but sometimes, I think there is a greater evil keeping me from reaching my goals! ~grrr~ I love you, hubby! :)
On the upside, tomorrow is another day. I will definitely get some aerobic workout in there somewhere! :oD
