24.9% fat. Read New Rules yesterday, and although I'm excited, it feels like I'm being torn in two directions, especially in terms of calories. Eating 1800 calories seems both ridiculous and reasonable at the same time... so I've decided to meet him half-way and eat 1600 instead of the 1450 that felt like not quite enough food for me. However, I'm finding it harder to eat healthy now that the calorie limit is higher and I'm not trying to fill myself up on 1450 calories. Hmmmm... Well, I'm going to try to stick with 1600 throughout the 6 week challenge and see where I get to. I also haven't worked out today. Staying up until 2am made it hard to pop out of bed and hit the weight bench, especially since the kids were up before me and asking for breakfast already. I'm planning on doing it this evening, but don't feel real confident. Tomorrow's my "day off" which makes it tempting to push today's workout to tomorrow. Tchau.
