I so did not feel well yesterday. All I did was sleep, watch tv, sleep, eat, sleep. I think my cycle is being mean to me! I hate these PM syndromes! ~grrrr~ Happy note: Today I feel soooo much better!

Well, I started the C25K today-- officially. Man, my shins hurt, but I'm taking the advice of one of my buddies and am aiming for distance and not speed. I felt much more comfortable with this than when I gave it a test run Saturday. I'll add the speed component when I'm a bit smaller.

Am seriously thinking of undertaking the Warrior Diet that my son has been doing. He's lost tremendous amounts of weight and looks great! Good job, Jon! Pretty much just whole foods after a 20 hour fast w/ a limited carb load of 150g a day, to be eaten at night after the protein, salad, and veggie load. I did it for a few weeks and I did lose nearly 30lbs and felt WONDERFUL. I have kept most of it off, but went off for a few weeks, gained seven back. I tried it again, but to my dismay, I wasn't losing. I think I was munching too, too much during the fasting period... Live and learn, I suppose. I'll discuss w/ my son when he has some free time and see where I went wrong. Could be the popcorn. Waaay too much after my meals. But I'm so addicted to it! LOL

Was doing great until I got the darned munchies just before dinner and had popcorn. I should have had some ff milk, then waited until dinner. I need to start catching myself better when this sort of thing pops up. To make matters worse, I didn't go work out. My goal for next week is to go workout each day... Not just the C25K workouts, either. It's been a bad week overall...

WHAT AM I TALKING ABOUT???? I need to restart my thinking... TOMORROW I shall make an extra effort to get to the gym and keep doing it every day until next Friday (just to get back into the habit...) ~sigh~ There. I feel better now! :oD
