I'm so proud of myself for the little progress that I've been making. Going forward I'll be doing a weigh-in once a week, I was just curious to see what my weight is now.
I'm off to get more banting friendly products.
I've been trying to loose weight ever since my son was born,which was 5 years ago.
But I never could be consistent.
This time, as selfish as it may sound. For a little time each day I'm taking out time for myself and for my health. So i can be the best mom for him..
Excited about this journey and all that comes with it. 🙏❤️
