last week was a chill week. I really needed to repair my body...but I still lost a pound so that's great. It's back on full steam this week and the next 5 weeks. I will try to have a true repair week every six weeks to keep my body from going into serious overload.
103,4 kg Indtil videre tabt: 6,8 kg.    Stadig tilbage: 19,5 kg.    Kost fulgt: Rimeligt godt.

If you don't mind me asking, what is a repair week? Do you not exercise at all, or just moderate exercise? Just interested if this helps you stay on track? I usually go hard at the gym for about 3 weeks and then have another 3 off, I am hopeless at routine.
