Oh, my! I thought everything was under control... :-) I didn't overeat, per se, but I think the wine killed me! LOL I honestly don't care. I had a great time with the family and I had so much fun cooking for such a big bunch. Time to work out yesterday's kinks-- after having my usual dose of morning coffee, of course! Oh! Gotta remember the vitamins!

Okay. After careful consideration and a lot of advance planning, I am again embarking on the "Warrior's Diet". I lost 30lbs on this and felt great. My dizzy spells pretty much ceased and I had more energy than I've had in a long time.
I gained 7 of those suckers back because of the holidays, total lack of planning, caving in to family peer pressure to eat all the bad stuff (which I did in spades!), and not excersizing. It has led me back to a stalled metabolism.
So as of Monday, I am back on board w/ no free days in February to get my brain back into the habit. On my birthday in the beginning of March, I will allow myself the free day w/o limit, then allow the one free day a week back in but w/ limits.
I am upping my protein load, (not sure how much) and setting my carb load back down to 150g/day. I plan on 30 mins of intense cardio/day and 30 mins of weight training/day. Except for Mondays and Wednesdays when I will take the classes offered at the gym to shake things up a bit. On those days, I'll also keep to my scheduled runs as per C25K challenge. It's going to be tough, but these are the major goals that I intend to reach for the month of February.
As for this weekend, I'm going to be taking a break from all this so that I can get my head geared up for the challenge I set before me. I will, of course, be vigilant as what goes into my mouth! :oD I'm wishing me luck! :)))))
