Gahhhhh I can’t seem to break this plateau, I know I’ve been eating forgetting to track lately and eating over my calories but it’s still so frustrating. I remember being heavier and still losing weight when I’d eat over my calories - now I have to be strict with myself everyday or there’s no loss. My weight keeps going up and down and I know it’s a mental game but it’s still very demotivating.
But I’m SO CLOSE so I’ll keep pushing, but it does make me think if I should go into maintenance and start weightlifting more? I honestly can’t decide, it feels like my body wants to stay at this weight
