The last few months I haven't worked out or even tracked what I've been eating. I started working out again this week on Monday and intend to track what I eat for the next 4 months. I have a group of co-workers that are all at different phases of doing Insanity/P90x, so I decided to join them. I'll continue to post my food/progress.
