Yesterday I was frustrated when I looked at the scale. I thought, oh..only 3 pounds. Well I checked today and its 4 pounds. Must have been a bad day to weigh yesterday and here's what's important...

Inches lost :

Waist 2
Ribs 1.5
Upper stomach (above belly button ) 1
Just below Belly Button 0.5
Arms 1
Hips (upper) 2
Hips (lower) 1.5

This is when you get deceived. Those killer weight work outs are working for us. I may not have lost much on the scale. But an inch off my arms? Now thats something to get excited about!

Your inches lost is excellent! When I lose the same number of inches as pounds, I'm happy. You lost 7.5 inches and 4 lbs. - that is great, especially in one month! And March isn't over yet! Will you do another weigh-in and measurements on the last day of the month? Keep up your workouts - they are definitely working well :)

With killer weight workouts what matters most is your measurements and how your clothing feels as you can be burning up fat and building muscle. The number on the scale can become almost meaningless.
