Another successful day in the kcal category. Intake 1,287 vs. output 3,350. Your right about having muscles we didn't even know about hurting. I finished some pasture work today before the rain and the muscles responded immediately saying they were still hurting from yesterday. I'm looking forward to the weigh-in tomorrow to see how I'm doing towards making 211.5 for Monday morning. I'm hoping for a 212-213 which means I just need to skip dinner Sunday night and I'll be right on target. It's Friday and I hope everyone has a great weekend.
