Well, I ate a sprinkled donut today, but I'm not letting it get me off track. It is so hard to stay "good". I know that's what my "free day" is for, but that was just 2 days ago and today it was someone's birthday at work today. I said, "no" at first, but it just looked so yummy. It was, but not really worth the guilt. Will I ever get to the point of saying, "No, thank you," and really meaning it? At least I ran and ate well the rest of the day.

Hey, we can't be perfect all of the time. I think you should be proud you didn't throw the whole day away because of the doughnut. It takes a lot to get right back on track when things like that happen. My weakness is specialty coffees. It never tastes as good as I thought it would, but I still enjoy that feeling I get drinking the warm, sweet chocolate perfection!
