Getting the Led out so to speak:) Yesterday as I was putting the casserole in the refrigerator I stood up and bumped my head into the freezer door handle and OUCHY!!!! I have a good bruise on top my forehead to show I was asleep and not in my body paying attention. Sure the outer distractions in life need attention but this reminder is that I also need to pay attention to the inner self. Sometimes mindlessly walking in my world is dangerous when I am not focused and paying attention. Today, I am awake basking in the sunlight of life!!!. TOWANDA!!!!!

Well, I'm glad that that refrigerator taught you to pay more attention in a gentle way, after all you could have lost the contents of the casserole too (lol). I love it that you are basking in the sunlight of life Lisa!

Cathy and Information one day I need to take the time to write about how I ran myself over with my own car when I was 23 years old. That was a day I will never forget lol. Talk about OUCHY!! I woke up the whole neighborhood that morning...TOWANDA!!!!!

I am sorry your screen is breaking up Information...I haven't seen it happen on my side and I so enjoy putting a song with my mood but maybe it is too much for this lovely F.S. site to handle so please let me know if it is becoming more of a nuisance and I will change my you tubing habits:) TOWANDA!!!!
