Yeehaw!!! I've lost 3 lbs. in less than 3 weeks! It's hard to stick with it sometimes when the scale isn't showing it, but I just had faith that if I was eating in a healthier and more controlled way, and I was exercising 6 times a week, then something had to give sometime. Waking up and looking at that scale this morning felt SO good.
Also, my husband keeps bugging me about when I'm going to go for a bodywrap, which is super-cool, since I've always wanted to try one, but thought it would be a silly thing to spend our money on. The fact that he's actually pressuring me to go is a fun surprise. I keep putting him off, but the truth is, I'm waiting to get below 140. It's a good reward and I'm looking forward to it. Hopefully it will be in just a few weeks!
