recovered from the waffle incident....moving forward. It was a good day..meal plan was followed exactly. Did 25 min cardio at 6am..no weights today...Wed is just cardio. Wed will now be my cleanse day each week ( master cleanse drink only each Wed. ) I have been adding thai chilli peppers to everything I eat and loving it...seems to speed the metabolism and adds a kick to bland food.
