I didn't eat any cookies or popcorn yesterday so my carb addiction is easing. My weight history shows a 10.4# gain since my birthday last month. Wow! The scale lies but not that much. It won't give me the same weight when I weigh more than once. It can be as much as a pound different. I finally got my current weigh in to match. Still haven't bought a new scale.

I feel your challenge in this area, though I believe my scale is more reliable. Mine has been bouncing all over and I can’t figure out why.
Don’t let the machine(s) rule😁🤣
