Tomorrow will be 1 full week back at it. I've done really well, and my mental health is doing better too. I have to admit that I'm worried about the scale tomorrow. Now that I'm 40 (aka old AF), the weight just doesn't fall off as fast as it used to, and it's discouraging. Maybe I will wait until next week to weigh in... Or next month!
I need to start exercising. I'm so big, and so out of shape, just walking around my block once I'm in pain. But I have to start somewhere, and I know the weight will come off faster with exercise...
ETA, one thing that's helping me IMMENSELY is getting my nightly smoke (weed) in. I make my dinner, grab a quick smoke outside, and then eat. I have goals, so I don't snack, I just eat my dinner, and I'm happy.
