I have been feeling really sick lately because i gained a good 10 ish pounds back and eating badly amongst other reasons. I just don't have the energy to cook something healthy, and I'm starting to really feel the effects again. And I want to but end up giving up. I tried taking it one day at a time and it hasn't worked. Any tips on how to motivate myself to get back on the wagon? greatly appreciated thanks.
