Jennie-o's Dagbog, 07 feb 11

Just got back from LA it's almost 2000 and I'm already tired. Went to the LA zoo on the way home and spent seven hours walking! Poor hubby w/ a bad back. He's exhausted and his back is soooo sore! I'll rub some linament on it.

Tomorrow it's off to babysit the grandkids. I just love 'em! :) Spent Sunday playing tag with them right after supper. I surprised myself and was able to keep up with them and not only that, I ran faster than them! LOL They're not used to running around like fools. I had so much fun with them!

Saturday was a bust for me. Everyone kept pushing me to eat all day, but I held back until dinner time-- then I went nuts and indulged in three cookies! ~grrr~ Well, I'm back home and after weeping rivers on my hubby's shoulder, he felt bad and said he would try harder about not pushing me to eat the stuff I don't want to eat, and to stop nagging me about trying all the junk that he so loves. Tears can be a mighty powerful tool when used correctly... =)

Sunday, I did so much better. I ate chicken, beans and a corn tortilla. Went nuts on the chicken. There wasn't anything green to eat! We're supposed to go back down in two weeks and I am adamant w/ hubby that we take our own groceries instead of letting everyone else feed us. It's too damned dangerous to my hips!
