Trying out the journal for the first time today. I have been maintaining my weight for several months now. I still count my calories in and out each day. I'm sort of afraid not to for fear of "falling off the wagon". I'm determined not to get fat again. I don't know when I will die, but until then, I want to live a high quality life. I feel so good now. What was I thinking when I allowed myself to get so big last time. I guess I wasn't really thinking at all. I really enjoy P90X. It challenges me and gives me variety.
