Today I started out late because of the weather. We didn't get much snow, but the roads were icy. I left late to give them a little chance to thaw out. Weigh in went well this morning. Had my usual breakfast and snack. Tonight I'll work out on the elliptical machine. It always gets me to sweat. Everything feels sort of out of whack today. I'll be glad when the weekend gets here.
