Inaccurate body fat percentage from body composition scale: 7.9% - almost the same as yesterday (just .1% above)
Inaccurate waist measurement across navel: 79.5 cm - considerably better than yesterday :)
So the weight went up but the waist has reduced size. Not bad! :)
Yesterday I did day 18 of the Ab Massacre. I think that had been the last day before I stopped. I'm glad I did it with similar ease to how I did before I interrupted exercise! It was a little harder but not significantly :)
edit: my yesterday dinner's quantities are estimated but very close.
edit: I'm trying to find the paper where I noted yesterday's indoor cycling numbers lol. It was a good day in those regards! :)

I can't do the notebook thing either. I buy piles of them when school supplies go on sale for my grandkids to use, they like them. I end up with 6 or 8 notebooks cause I can never find the right one! Was a suggestion to njashka due to all of the papers. Works for me to log foods here, the iPhone app is hard to use so tend to get on at home or I can access the site from work.
