Woo hoo! I am down one kilo in one week! Im thrilled about this as I have had some days where I have not worked out, and some days (weekend last week) where I was around 1000 calories over what I should have been. Potentially water weight, but Im not sure because i weighed in right after drinking a whole heap of water at spin class. Either way, i feel happy about this progress.
