Gave myself the best EVER non-food reward today: started horse-riding again! For 15 years, I was just too heavy but have always loved horses. Hopefully, it'll help tone up the legs as well. I enjoyed it so much that I've booked another two sessions, and a further six riding + fitness sessions. FABULOUS! PS If you've got very good screen definition, you might be able to see that my mount for the day, Henry, has got hearts drawn all over him. He was at a hen party in the stables last night!
