Transformation Tuesday - 1Year

Last week (June 4/21) vs last year (May 30/20).
The 2020 pic was when they opened the rinks back up for limited use...slightly north of 220lb
The other pic was “flex Friday” slightly less than 180lb!

81,4 kg Indtil videre tabt: 18,5 kg. Stadig tilbage: 6,5 kg. Kost fulgt: Rimeligt godt.
