June is halfway over, and I’ve made progress toward my goals. These are my non-scale victories‼️ Not perfect, but a work in progress 👍 I’m proud of what I’ve done so far. Maybe it’ll show on the scale too 🤔when I weigh again 🤞 (which is irregular).

I also use a calendar to track my goals on. This has really motivated me. I also have shared my calendars on FB, Instagram, and Sparkpeople. Mine is not as advanced as yours though.
