Helloe Buddies! Hope everyone is having a wonderful evening. I am reporting in for and Update of Day 1 and 2 of my personal challenge. I hav managed to stick with all my mini goals. I have done all my push ups and crunches. Lowered my carbs and recorded my food and exercise. i have drank 100oz or more of water. I have also cut way back on my splenda. I am a little upset because we have a big rain storm coming thru and suppose to be here 3 days 70% chance rain every day. Thats going to put a stop on my cardio and that upsets me. But i will find something to do. Gotta get off here and finish laundry! Good Night!
