It appears to take 3 days to "recover" from pizza. I need to decide if pizza is worth it.

It's difficult when my partner wants a treat meal (out/takeout) each week. Much easier to stay on track with home made meals of food that's not "prepared".

Pizza works for me— I love it. 2 pieces—- period, done.

Oh yes, and just once in a while. During the height of the pandemic my BF and I bought a 10 inch once a week to support our favorite pizza restaurant. Two pieces for me and 3 for him and tossed the rest.

I get it. My boyfriend wants pizza and wings every weekend. I have found a decent frozen pizza (only 1 piece for me) and I make the wings in the air fryer so there is no added oil. Im afraid this may not work so well as I get closer to goal weight - but so far it has helped keep the calories down.

have you tried the cauliflower crust ones... they have improved a lot in the last couple years
